    All possible theories have been put forth.....as John_utah correctly put it, if the deal is true it would be ridiculously priced to the lenders advantage and not that of the lendee.

    Another simple theory is play with the news (or no news) and work the price advantages at every ebb and flow.....this would 'not' be a scam because every other junior is doing the same!
