CHM has a strong case and MMX knows it - that's why they will seek to delay the court hearing date. MMX will settle but it won't be worth anything to CHM Holders and I'm a shareholder. There is 1.1b shares(plus options) Litigation funder will be the big winner- Benny has them stitched up.
My average Sp is too high - I'll take the capital loss on this one.
