Cranswick - use your brain (what ther is of it). When you invest don't you have in your mind a level at which you are comfortable to seel - that is often referred to as a "take profit" level - means you can generally sleep better at night.

CHM has always been a litigation case and will continue to be so. There was no way that this case was going to be over and done with quickly and therefore a 10-12c price was unjustified.It is simply a punt on the result and without any quantum of the $ settlement. Nonetheless to rely on Grimaldi and Barnes who, if you remember, were directors of both MMX and the old CHM, is asking for trouble and I am sure MMX realise that.

The directions hearing has requested that all parties return on the 25th of June when Justice Jacobsen will inform them what date can be set down for the case and allow 3 weeks for its duration (unlikely to take that long). On that basis CHM will probably do very little in the interim.
