I too believe CHM have a strong case and that the recent evidence has MMX on the back foot. I have also heard whispers of a settlement and only hope that you are wrong in that it will be worthwhile for all shareholders (which I am also a share holder).
The time has now come for CHM to put their front foot forward and stake their claim.
All I can say is best of luck to all who have stuck with CHM on this bumpy ride so far, I hope our rewards are waiting for us at the end.
