Well for one times change. As population continues to increase so to does demand. Australia has been unbelievably lucky in being such a young country-heck 230 years is nothing compared to the rest of the world, it's a blink of the eye.
Secondly Sydney (which I agree is crazy) aside where else in Australia is housing unaffordable? Please let me know.
