replace "GFC" with "cabon tax", the sentiment is the same.
anyone who didn't adjust their investment strategies in accordance with the impending carbon tax has nobody to blame but themselves. it's not exactly like they just sprung it on us.
many appear to have tackled this in the same way they would like to tackle any impending climate change. like deer stuck in headlights, waiting to be knocked for a six before acting.
Q: if you saw a tidal wave coming 50 miles away, but you decided you would just stand there and wait and see what happened, who would you blame when it washed you asunder?
