I fully support your concerns, and would encourage others to vote in support of Stephen's suggestions. I and two other shareholders both received a phone call from the company last night, encouraging us to vote, and asking what we intended. the phone call, combined with the rushed release of quarterly results makes me think the board protests and protects the status quo too loudly.
