Why the wait until October? I would have thought that it would be more likely for the performance targets being met (ie 8c) if they listed over there before then....
Saying that I dont suppose mgmt care if they get their performance bonus this year or not.... They will just do what they did last time and get it 'extended'.... oh if only we had the luxury of getting the PENOC expiration date 'extended'
