Can't really argue with that. Its a fact of life that if shareholders have good assets that are being poorly managed you can bet on the fact a better manager will eventually come along and pick them up for a song. If they weren't being mismanaged they would not be available. As you say it will be interesting to see the independent valuation, although I always find these reports a little circumspect and ready to deliver what the directors want to hear.
