In a GFC2 type situation and depending on what level of cash balance Kitto has managed to retain this company could trade around cash level, which will be depleted in 18 months time. He had better make some plans for the worst or he will lose control of the company as fundies accept any deal that gets them back 30 cents on their investment dollars.
Raising funds next time could be at 25-35 cents rather than at $1.30. The explorers eat up a lot of dough, and AMX is yet to deliver a reserve so it has a long way to go despite having a substantial resource (albeit a lot of that is in the inferred category).
Pure explorers without a high/er grade deposit are in trouble.
