    Agree we are not experiencing anything nearly as bad as UK or US right now.
    Our interest rates were fairly high to begin with, so we had a good start there. Retailers are on sale always....been to Myer or DJ's lately? And apparently they're doing better than most. I also recall reading a report a few weeks ago that Centrelink was hiring in record numbers to cope with demand....
