Interesting thanks. I didn't know MCB still had to get voted in. I assume that will go through without a hitch after what was done to the Board. I also did not know there was capacity to simply turn up coal production. How long does that take? Is there considerable costs, does it take time, do they need more employees etc? If this is the case why do I only hear about possibly making new coal plants instead of upping the existing ones?
