    If Rio was serious they would have done it already to put a cork in the mouth of Tree Huggers.

    If they could get power cheaper going green them self it would be done

    I dare you to send them a proposal and state the cost per Meg Watt and they will say no thanks .

    Anyone can say and write what they want but pen to paper is the domain of the few
