FYI - discussions with French regarding broken contract were well advanced in April... before election - would have had to have been paid, irrespective of political party
The report also notes there is a cancelled US defense drone contract also... so we could be forced to pay further millions due to politicians changing their minds... may have been cheaper to just take the deliveries
