All these people who whine about usually reliable coal technology are probably the same people driving alone in cars wearing a mask, taking long trips overseas and leaving the heater on all day with the windows open wearing a tank top ordering junk online shipped here using the dirtiest grade shipping oil there is while mining Bitcoin resulting in waste of electricity. Oz energy just needs a balance of renewables including known reliable old technology without being privatised and foreign owned. Heck they still ship all this coal overseas while burning the dirtiest fuel there is and not a peep.. Now why would this be?

What is wrong with foreign owned? AGL and Origin haven't build anything in years. Without the foreign investment we'd be in an even worse state.
