He has currently asked for a seat on the board (which he should be entitled to based on shareholding level)... I very much doubt he would ask for anything more than that... he would not be looking to manage AGL.
you might need to make yourself aware of what other investments he has made in the Australian renewable energy market... I highly doubt this will be short term - he is genuinely invested in the transition... and the money that can be made from it.
