Will they still pay out dividends to shareholders even if private?
I don't think I agree with the stock price comment - stock price is still a worry for private companies I'm sure - there is not a public price determined by market but surely there are shares, share options, raisings etc which will require AGL's own valuation of the price of 1 share?
