When I was talking about private ownership I was referring to private ownership from 1-5 big players. No little share holders with regular transactions of holdings. If it was owned entirely by himself he wouldn't have to worry about any of that, and if he was owned by himself and Brookfield, they would still need to track the company value, and distribute profits, however the naff created from shareholder voting and board members playing politics to stay on would be gone.
