From my understanding one may need to wait until the 18.02.2010 as they said they will need 10 days and then another 10. But for guessing i will say that we hear possitive news on the 03.02.2010.

I thought half the fun is in the waiting the sitting on the knife blade... good ....bad.... buy.... sell .

The highs are always better if you have experienced the lows.(Although do try your best to avoid)

Learn from lows to experience the wonders of highs.(As long as you learn you havent lost a thing)
