    it's about that time of day when it's pretty safe to say there won't be a VIL announcement coming today, the Louisiana fax machine will be in sleep mode soon, it's about 8.30pm over there, and next week is a short week for us so if nothing Monday, then nothing till at least Wednesday. On and on it drags :-(
