Gravitational force is holding ACR back. Too much stock looking for the approval as a liquidity event.
I reckon the stock will drift down while the liquidity re-normalizes, then run-up again in anticipation of the dividend.
Then sell-off again.....
Just a view I though I'd share.
I'm a long term holder - waiting for the broader market to appreciate the ACR business model. Recurring revenue with little COGS and CAPEX should command a very low yield. Happy to leave the irons in the fire until Axiron sales-$$, and the flow-on dividend become real.
