Okay its been a while since anyone mentioned this one. A lot has happend to the share price over the last month and yet nothing has fundamentaly changed excpet for a few things.

1. Dr. Michael Wooldridge has joined the board.

Mr. Wooldridge is currently Chairman of Neurosciences Australia,
Healthsource Australia (Ministerial Advisory Committee on AIDS, Sexual
Health and Hepatitis), Resonance Health, and the Cooperative Research
Centre in Oral Health Science. He is also Associate Professor at the
University of Melbourne.

2. CogState signed an agreement to market a cognitive test developed by Pfizer to enable the wide usage of the test in clinical trials worldwide. (This should boost sales as expected from a new product)

3. Cash in bank $6,198,378

Like all biotechs this stock has been hit hard, but mainly due to the illquidity. It is well trading below its issue price at 50c and may be a snap at these levels i think. Any comments??

Also

Top 20 shareholders account for 79.3% of stock which means that long term holders have positioned them selves well and are less likely to sell as traders. So when traders get in, they will find it hard to enter the stock at a decent price.
