Commercial Net short positions have increased a little more to ~45,000 contracts. Dan Norcini has a new chart here:

There's no doubt USD short contracts are off the charts. There's also no doubt there's a heck of a lot more USD out there now than there was when the last peak was reached in July '08. So, while doomsday is coming for USD longs, this chart isn't giving me indication how close to armageddon they actually are.
