Im not saying they won’t be raising money, of course they will raise money. All I am saying is that they are definitely NOT desperate to raise money anytime soon while the share price is sitting so low.
You are assuming the share price will stay down around this level for the next couple of quarters, where I take the view that it will be much higher IMO.
