Best time to invest in mining has been 2015 and think some of 2016 before we start seeing improvements in sector. So invest now why prices are low, just need to do a lot of research and try your best to pick best ops. To me, Lithium is number 1 by a stand out mile, then graphite, zinc also could be good in future too. This IMO, do your own research.
