It would be good to get an update as to VC and what is happening...

It would be good to get an update as to VC and what is happening with the pilot plant. Do more informed posters think there will be announcements before the general meeting. Will the spp succeed without an update? Are posters willing to participate in SPP without an update?

What do posters think is fair value currently for the SP? WEC has often been compared even though it has been stated esi has a better technology. WEC has a market cap of ~270 million, obviously they are ahead of esi at this stage. Lets say esi would have a market cap of about half that, if it was 120 million the share price would be around 35 cents. Obviously they need a deal to get the ball rolling, does anyone have any estimates of what the SP should be if the deal with VC is completed (obviously not easy to work out not knowing the terms), as in how much money they would be receiving annually from that deal. Obviously some guess work required, but informative estimates appreciated :)

If the hypothetical SP of 35 cents is used, after dilution with SPP what should the value be.... before options are exercised ~10 cents, with options exercised ~3 cents?

Apologise if some comments are naive, obviously a newbie and just interested in getting some thoughts... having said that it would be nice if responses weren't as cryptic (ie Rupert D) :)
