been too lazy to post any thoughts for months, the market been too good to bother!

the claimed resource is 250k oz to 15ft depth ( gravels extend to 30ft) @ 5-6 gpt ( claimed and proved from the met sample taken in 1998)
$9.5m cap
$0.46m cash
will need a CR

the big thing for PUR is the godl is in gravels so just a simple gravity plant no crushing
production cost will be minimal
AISC for gravels will be amazingly low - no milling, leaching, cyanide hazard
just need an trommel operation like old Parker in Godl Rush Alaska
costs could be in the US $200 - $250 region based on estimates i've seen from similar report from Novo - happy to be wrong

also silver - 120gpt and PGM 0.5gpt and not included in the resource estimate i saw
120 gpt Ag is US $100/t approx

pur area is 320 acres but the resource estimate was on 50 acres
if this can be expanded well there you go

samples expected mid sept but they are only 3-4ft deep so need to keep in mind
also they were not sampled by PUR and been in storage 6 years odd
they could be binary dynamite imo but not a dealbreker if they are underwhelming

remember this stuff is heavy so in alluvial gravels you should expect grade to increase with depth, which makes the samples being tested atm a possibility they will be lower grade than the 5-6 gpt claimed, but by the same measure the untested 15 feet of gravels should by rights be HIGHER grade than that above
the bedrock/ barrier these gravels lie on could potentially be hiding some pretty tasty grades

close to infrastructure

risk is due diligence stage and shouldnt be underestimated
failure to replicate estimates and prior grades is a real possibility

that said it looks WAY too cheap
