You've got to admire his ballsy approach. There are not many companies who would so blatently fleece investors by issuing shares (over 3 million) in the middle of a exploration update. They'd have to be expecting ASIC to investigate an announcement that says they have a "significant" find (with a comparison to a world class mine), 1 week before a capital raising. Particularly when the find turns out to be nothing.
Even Peirpont's Blue Sky mining company wouldn't be so obvious.
