So far many a promised action has failed to come true, directors seem relucant to make any move.

I say split the company now, give the shareholders the promised shares in the new company.

And yes the sp is where it is for three reasons in my opinion market manipulation and investors not willing to take on the market manipulators and the most important one ASIC lack of action.
