Thanks ladyluck. The Esperance port upgrade already started as you could search from the media (Federal and State ministers turned soil). The move will give private companies the confidence to upgrade and build new rail to bring ores from Central Yilgarn to port. The port upgrade is only for this, no other commodities in this region would need extra capacity from the Esperance port.
