If you are a LT holder, the current SP doesn't matter really. Only time will tell, in the mean time, think about what your cash is actually doing. Supporting progress in medical science, improving peoples lives and supportings decent high tech manufacturing jobs in our country.
If you can't afford to lose your money, you shouldn't be investing in speculative biotech stocks.
