It isn't that big of a deal at the moment, the swings aren't outrageous. When it comes to eps and P/E ratios etc, having a lower number of shares won't trick anyone into anything. P/E ratio remains the same after consolidation. It isn't worth the effort and really isn't a problem at the moment. I would be surprised if there are any/many more cap raisings to come Once revenue of CC picks up, I would imagine the company would look at debt instead.
