Well, that's it for trading the OC's! I have held all of mine until the end, in the hope that Gus does the right thing. If the likes of Pala are resigned to letting them fail, then why not look after the relatively small number of retail holders as a sign of good will. This would create no immediate dilution and when exercised will provide some liquidity for the US market. It will have a very minimal affect on the big holders so there should be no reason why they would want Gus's reputation soured by ill feeling.
Do the right thing Gus, you were wrong with the funding timeline and mechanism, you were wrong about the licencing timeline and wrong about the production timeline. This information was crucial for determining our investment strategy.
