You should also be looking at who sold 2m and why. JPM? Do they know something we don't? For instance, does the seller know that the price will drop from here? Is there a problem with production timeline? Will there need to be another cap raise if there's no PENOC money? Will that cause dilution?
Just kidding. Find it amusing that longs only see the buyer when it takes two to trade. The seller deserves equal attention. That is, at least, if longs want to avoid being surprised yet again.
