    ...Why did the buyer choose this time to buy?

    With the options no longer in play, the only way you can take a meaningful stake is on market. Now that liquidity is known (until US listing), any buying pressure has to focus on heads. Until the options were no longer a factor, the acquisitive pressure on the SP was split.
