Agreed, just pointing out that the question doesn't just have answers that are positives. Large crossings like these can be initiated on the sell side or the buy side. If the buyer had control over when it occurred, then it's pretty obvious why they might have chosen yesterday. As you say, more certainty, and perhaps even a signal. The clear positive is that an entity wants to buy 2m. A clear negative is that an entity was willing to accept such a low price (JPM still selling down?) despite our prospects early next year.
