Great posts, MG.  I appreciate the clear and genuine arguments put forth and the lack of rhetoric (almost).

I note, however, the management speak that I've previously mentioned:

"subject to all regulatory and shareholder approvals"

"The current timetable has the listing completed in October this year"

My focus is the effectiveness of the forum.  Without going into detail, and beating a dead horse, I don't recall the forum seriously questioning the timetable back in October or earlier.  Alarm bells should have been ringing, and from my perspective, that is a failure of the forum culture we all contribute to through our actions.

Here's to a more productive/constructive 2016!
