Gus's own brother holds 22m OC's pre consolidation i.e. 500k post, making him one of the biggest holders. Do you think he believed Gus on the timelines...of course he did! I am holding 600k OC's which I have held relatively long term. When I raised the issue with Gus, he call me a trader because of my Coy name and told me to exercise them for $1.20 while the SP was sitting on $1.05...yeah sure! The dismissive response reflects a bigger problem with PEN.
If the will was there, he could easily offer a replacement, short listed option as a sign of good will to the loyalty we have shown to PEN. He could make a similar gesture to share holders for their long sufference. When exercised, they would create much needed free cash flow and liquidity for the NYSE.
