Further, I see the PEN share price up roughly 50% more than the all materials index since 1 Jul 2015. So if someone wanted to hop out of some of the former and buy some of the latter they wouldn't exactly be complaining given a little time.
Specifically if I wanted to take my money out of PEN and buy others I could. It's a decision I make daily.
Seeing as Blind Freddie is silent. It's a decision that came to a crescendo when the SP was say $1.35 a few weeks ago. I'm also sure some did.
