Just a thought here,
Is it because they about to announce they are going to be awarded the JV partner (Operator) for the Senegal Project with FAR ????
I'm confident they would have put in a bid and being successful would push the SP up significantly.
Another two weeks and the word will be out.
Hope the rumor is correct.
