I have always been under the opinion that there was always going to be a take over for Arrow. I bought only 18 months ago on this belief. My belief is that there has always been a take over premiem in the share price. I know that may not sit well with a lot of die hard Arrow supporters but I think the share price has supported this. Every 3 to 6 months the rumour mill would say that Shell were in talks with Arrow. Share price would shoot up over 4 bucks. A couple of months ago Arrow made a move that the market belived would take Arrow out of Shells sights and the share price fell. It's only worth what they are willing to pay in todays money. Market wouldn't let Shell walk through the door and steel it. This is of course only my opinion and today the market is saying this is what its worth until someone else makes an offer.
