Waiting for what SnowWhite? Waiting for Titan to lift it's trading suspension? Waiting for Core Gold to release the results of their Strategic Review Process and possible other offers? Or waiting for Titan to lock up financing from their sophisticated investors to make cash offers to Core's largest shareholders to tender their shares?

One (1) won't happen. The trading suspension is what's keeping the share price at 0.18...which lends their takeover offer some credibility...at least on paper.

Two (2) won't happen because the Core Board has backed Titan every step of the way so far. They supported the initial Plan of Arrangement. They delayed the Strategic Review Process when the Plan of Arrangement failed. They assisted Titan in acquiring the Vertex debt. And now, they're dragging their feet on dealing with and announcing offers from other parties and not acknowledging or responding to shareholders' questions and concerns.

That leaves option three (3). Offer Core's largest shareholders cash or a sweetened deal, not available to most regular shareholders, to tender their shares and proceed with the takeover. Maybe it'll work...maybe it won't...but if you thought the fairness hearing was a shit show, buckle up. This is just getting started...turtle56
