Snow white im of the same opinion as you a lot of made up defamatory accusations put on shonky overseas stock forums broke down the initial merger albeit against the strong approval of the majority of shareholders from both companies. I am of strong belief the british columbia court judge had a misconstrued belief swayed by the piggot party that made up these stories were actually true and the value of cores unproven assets should be much more then what titan offered or in fact what the share market platform they trade on values them to be worth. By the look of these stories flying around they are up to the same tricks.. I think some legal action needs to be taken against the perpetrators. of these stories.
