    Personally, as a ZFX holder I'm not fussed if the deal falls over. According to the AFR, ZFX has a list of companies to target for acquisition.

    But Realistically, If ZFX's offer is declined or withdrawn, and you think that AGM's share price wont fall big time ur dreaming!!

    In case you haven't noticed the market is heading south big time, and this takeover offer has shielded AGM holders.
