20000 shares of AVD sold/bought at 75 cents. now look at the buyers---- less than 250000 then its back down to 3 cents you cant expect to push up the shares of a company that has next to nothing and hold it there.
Maybe they will up there offer to 10 of avd shares for 1 of tex plus 5 cents for each tex share held. All avd is looking for is the $5m that is in the bank of tex as if you look at the bal.sheet of avd their shares are showing a loss per share of 97 cents/
