    I imagine from a pshycological view point most owners of this stock are not interested in awards and acalades they are interested in NMS getting a large contract.

    Announcing an award seems to be just an excuse to plead for buyers to hold this stock and is taken as a signal to sell.
    THerefore I predict NMS to be uner 60 cents within the next 5 working days
