Hey people for the sake of shareholders, we would really need to get rid of Wilton. His incompetency is dragging the company down. Open your eyes, if he is still in charge we will be forever at the bottom. Remember he is the only person with benifits here as he will be getting pay (doesn't matter how low is the SP).
