I do agree mate the law stinks I for one just think that if someone cheats they should get nothing. Harsh I agree but would make a lot think twice.
And to be honest if they were going to cheat they should leave their partners first. That is the fair thing in my mind. Plus how many people discover they have a disease after their partner cheats on them?
I am talking within marriage though not outside i.e. defactos etc re getting everything. Personally IMO we need to get a lot tougher so people think before they act. And yes you are 100% right fault is with both men and women.
