'Fault Divorce' I presume this means if there is no fault there is no divorce?
I can see that it might have had a use protecting women in years gone by when they may have been discarded without means to look after themeselves but these days it seems a little creepy having laws to make someone stay with you. I think the less intervention by the state into peoples personal lives the better.
