    If you sign a legal a contract to pay X amount per month for rent you are obligated to and you agreed to in the first place, no one has forced you to take that contract when you sign, it is you.

    If you don't pay the rent that you signed to pay you will be asked to vacate and so you should be, then if you get a black mark against your name it is not the landlord or agent that is the one at fault here it is you and you alone for not fulfilling your side of the signed agreement.

    Me as a landlord do not want to take on black listed tenants full stop, they are more trouble than it is worth and they only have themselves to blame.
